New Phone
Bought my new phone! Nokia 6500c-sleek black phone!! but spoilt on the 2nd day!! went to repair and they change the LCD screen.. apparently it has been spoilt during shipment or is it becoz Pui boy sat on it? hmmm.. haha.. watever... glad tt it is fine now... not very used to the buttons but overall I like it.. ha...
San Francisco
I am at work at 730am!!! why? Coz have to fit into babes' schedule-have to be at work at 8am!! and shuttle bus from jurong east is at either 710 or 725!!! damn early... used to wake up at 8am!! now I wake up at 630... no one in office so can have my breakfast and update blog...
Am back from SF-this is the 3rd week at work. Love SF to bits... bought the 3 day Muni Pass so I can take the cable cars and buses to tour around SF.. Fun... been to lotsa places beside SF.
First it is to Yosemite (Super winding road up the mountains and all we get is---- a little tiny waterfall called the bridal veil or sth like tt- of coz not as spectacular as Niagara waterfall but hey it is one of the most visited nature park in US!!)
Day two is up to Las Vegas!! Stayed at this hotel off The Strip right next to the Fremont Experience Street-never been to this part of LV coz the other time, we stayed on The Strip. Only dared to play slots and won $2!! haha... got ourselves lotsa free bead necklaces!! haha...
Day three is to Grand Canyon- the view is so much nicer than Yosemite- it is really amazing what nature can do! Love the view - reallie nice and you need to experience it yourself to know how it feels. Din know tt I will enjoy nature parks tt much coz at first I was really skeptical about going to nature parks. Ha... on the way back, we dropped by Hoover Dam- I rem the night view was much nicer...
Day 4 is to Los Angeles, where we have like 45 mins to visit the usual Chinese Theater etc-been here before with TY so it was rather boring coz there is nothing new...
Day 5 and 6 is to Mexico-Tijuana. Tijuana is more like run down Bangkok and we went to a place where there is a little spring tt sprouts water... boring!!! Nonetheless, we had our own Mojito at a local pub. Like the beer too-Sol-nice!!
Day 7 is on way back to SF - and we visited this Danish town -Solvang.
Overall-Love the place!! Good Trip!!
